1. Indonesian citizen
2. Male, max 35 years old
3. D3/S-1 Mechanical/ Electrical/ Naval/ Marine/ Ocean Engineering or Equivalent Technical background
4. Having Welding Inspector certificate
5. Highly self motivated, good personality
6. Excellent physical and mental condition
7. An energetic, enthusiastic, and committed person with high integrity
8. Able to work under pressure and in tight deadline
